Live Monday, September 28 at 1pm Eastern (12pm Central, 10am Pacific), Brett Clarke, 4x Muaythai and Kickboxing World Champion, shows you the order that makes fat loss work after 35, training three days a week, without starving and without giving up the food you like.
Live workshop starts in
Brett Clarke · 4x Muaythai & Kickboxing World Champion · 25 Years Coaching
Brett cut weight for a living. Four world titles in Muaythai and Kickboxing, and 25 years coaching fighters and families out of his own 14,000 square foot gym, the one he started in rented aerobics halls in 2001.
Then at 43 a hernia put him on the floor. He couldn't train hard. Every plan he'd ever handed a client assumed you could.
So he ran the system the other way round. Fuel first. Forge second. Fire last. 212 to 190 pounds in 12 weeks, on three sessions a week, without a single starving day.
That order is what he's been putting busy parents and professionals through since. Trevor at 68. Donné through surgical menopause. Chantel with three kids and six hours' sleep. Same order, different bodies.
It's the full method, live, Monday, September 28 at 1pm Eastern.
You cut the food. 1,500 calories. Then 1,200.
You added the training. Three sessions. Then five. Then the 5am cardio on top.
You did it properly for three weeks and the scale gave you a pound.
You've started again on a Monday more times than you can count, and every time it came back.
And every plan asked you for the same thing:
That advice isn't wrong. It's the right advice, handed to the wrong body.
In your twenties, sleep, recovery and stress could absorb a deficit. After 35, with a job and kids, they're already running short before you touch the food. Cut it anyway and you stack four deficits at once. I call it Deficit Stacking.
Your body still burns fat. It just does it slower, and it spends muscle to do it.
The same plan. A different body. A different result.
This isn't a willpower problem. It's an order problem.
If you're sick of:
Then this workshop was built for you.
The order fighters cut weight in. Strength stays constant from day one. Only the food changes between phases.
Different ages, different bodies, different problems. Every number comes off a real check-in sheet.
Results vary. Yours will depend on what you do.
Yes. One hour of teaching, then I tell you about the program at the end for anyone who wants it. I'm saying that now so nobody feels ambushed. Nobody gets pushed to buy anything. At the end I put one link in the chat with everything on it, and you read it in your own time.
Register anyway and the replay comes to you for 3 days. But the Q&A and the live-only bonus are live only. If you can be there, be there.
No. The most common complaint on my plans is too much food, not too little. Starving you is how you end up back here in six months. I'll show you the math on the day.
No. You need a pen. Trevor was 68 when he started. Donné came through surgical menopause. The program behind this starts wherever you are.
