Live Monday, September 28 at 1pm Eastern (12pm Central, 10am Pacific), Brett Clarke, 4x Muaythai and Kickboxing World Champion, shows you the order that makes fat loss work after 35, training three days a week, without starving and without giving up the food you like.

On This Free Live Workshop,
You'll Discover:

  • Why the plan that used to work stopped working, and what your body is actually doing when the scale locks up after 35
  • Deficit Stacking: food, sleep, recovery and stress all short at once, and why unstacking them in the right order is the whole game
  • Why adding sessions made it worse, and why three strength sessions a week is the ceiling, not the floor. Hein, a coach already training six days a week, dropped 40 pounds in 16 weeks without adding one
  • The Waiting Window: why every plan you've started fell over in week three, and the phase order, Fuel then Forge then Fire, that makes week three the easy week
  • How the deficit only starts once the engine is built, which is why Donné, through surgical menopause, lost 16 inches while the scale only moved 8 pounds
  • How to run all of it around a real job and real kids, so a bad Wednesday stays a bad Wednesday instead of ending the whole thing
Plus, for the people in the room live: the one thing to change at breakfast tomorrow that fixes the 2pm crash inside a week, and a live Q&A where I answer your situation. The replay goes to everyone who registers. The Q&A and the live-only bonus are live only.

Meet Your Live Presenter

Brett Clarke · 4x Muaythai & Kickboxing World Champion · 25 Years Coaching

Brett Clarke

Brett cut weight for a living. Four world titles in Muaythai and Kickboxing, and 25 years coaching fighters and families out of his own 14,000 square foot gym, the one he started in rented aerobics halls in 2001.

Then at 43 a hernia put him on the floor. He couldn't train hard. Every plan he'd ever handed a client assumed you could.

So he ran the system the other way round. Fuel first. Forge second. Fire last. 212 to 190 pounds in 12 weeks, on three sessions a week, without a single starving day.

That order is what he's been putting busy parents and professionals through since. Trevor at 68. Donné through surgical menopause. Chantel with three kids and six hours' sleep. Same order, different bodies.

It's the full method, live, Monday, September 28 at 1pm Eastern.

You've Been Doing Everything Right...

So Why Does Your Body Feel Like It's Working Against You?

You cut the food. 1,500 calories. Then 1,200.

You added the training. Three sessions. Then five. Then the 5am cardio on top.

You did it properly for three weeks and the scale gave you a pound.

You've started again on a Monday more times than you can count, and every time it came back.

And every plan asked you for the same thing:

  • Eat less
  • Train more
  • Try harder

That advice isn't wrong. It's the right advice, handed to the wrong body.

In your twenties, sleep, recovery and stress could absorb a deficit. After 35, with a job and kids, they're already running short before you touch the food. Cut it anyway and you stack four deficits at once. I call it Deficit Stacking.

Same Plan. Different Body. Different Result.

In your 20s and early 30s
You eat less
Sleep, recovery and stress hold up
It works
After 35, with a real life
You eat less
Sleep short. Recovery short. Stress up. Muscle already slipping.
Deficit Stacking

What Deficit Stacking Actually Does

Your body still burns fat. It just does it slower, and it spends muscle to do it.

Everything slows downFat loss slower. Energy gone by 2pm.
Muscle goes with the fatThe thing that keeps you strong and shaped.
Week three, hunger winsThe restriction becomes impossible to sustain.
It comes back fasterRestrict. Crash. Restart. Every time.

The same plan. A different body. A different result.

This isn't a willpower problem. It's an order problem.

If you're sick of:

  • Eating less and seeing nothing for it
  • Training harder than everyone around you and staying the same
  • Being tired by 2pm and calling that normal
  • Starting again every Monday

Then this workshop was built for you.

The 3-Phase Rebuild

The order fighters cut weight in. Strength stays constant from day one. Only the food changes between phases.

Fuel
1. FuelTwo weeks at maintenance. Protein up, sleep and recovery sorted, your real number found. No deficit yet.
Forge
2. ForgeA modest deficit on top of a body that's ready for it. Fat comes off, the muscle stays.
Fire
3. FireThe short, hard cut, run last, when your body can pay for it. Then back to maintenance.

Real People. Real Numbers. Same Order.

Different ages, different bodies, different problems. Every number comes off a real check-in sheet.

Results vary. Yours will depend on what you do.

Questions I Get Every Time

Is this really free?

Yes. One hour of teaching, then I tell you about the program at the end for anyone who wants it. I'm saying that now so nobody feels ambushed. Nobody gets pushed to buy anything. At the end I put one link in the chat with everything on it, and you read it in your own time.

I can't make it live. Is there a replay?

Register anyway and the replay comes to you for 3 days. But the Q&A and the live-only bonus are live only. If you can be there, be there.

Do I have to give up bread, pasta, wine, all of it?

No. The most common complaint on my plans is too much food, not too little. Starving you is how you end up back here in six months. I'll show you the math on the day.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. You need a pen. Trevor was 68 when he started. Donné came through surgical menopause. The program behind this starts wherever you are.

Where is it held?

Live in my own FitFight app, in your browser. No download, no Zoom. Your personal link comes by email the moment you register, and it works on your phone or laptop.

What happens after I register?

Your personal link lands by email straight away, with a calendar button so it's in your phone. A reminder the day before and one an hour out.
